• Transport facilities will be made available on specified routes and designated stops only, at the sole discretion of the school management.
• The school transport routes are subject to change depending upon the requirements of the students and it is at the sole discretion of the school management.
• To avail the bus facility please fill in the consent form attached as Annexure- B and submitted.
• For any addition or change in the route, the parents must seek approval from the school Principal through a written request. The change may be allowed as per the feasibility and availability.
• The Bus Fee will be charged for 11 months only.
• Discontinuation of bus during mid of the academic session will not be permitted except under extreme circumstances & with prior approval of the principal. The bus fee is to be paid for the entire month even if the bus has been used only for a day in a month. There is no system of one-way charge.
• Students will not be permitted to board the bus or alight from it at any point other than the authorized boarding point.
• To pick up the child at the bus stop, it is mandatory that the Escort-card (issued by the school) is presented to the bus guard.
• The parents are requested to take the full responsibility to drop/pick their ward from the designated bus stop. The parents should drop their ward 5 minutes before the scheduled time of the arrival of the school bus. The buses will not wait for the late comers.
• The parent or authorized guardian should be available at the bus stop to receive their ward after school. The child will be brought back to school in case there is no one at the bus stop to receive him/her.
• In case the school/school hired buses are not used for commutation, parents must ensure that only government authorized/legal modes of transportation are used.
• For all queries related to school transport, parents are requested to contact Transport I/c, who is a single point of contact. The particulars of transport i/c are available on the school website.

Please Note -

• In case the DOE/Govt. Directs that the buses should be run in less than 100% seating capacity, then the additional cost will be borne by the parents.
• In case less than 25 students give consent for availing the bus facility, then the facility on that route number will not be offered owing to safety concerns as well as financial viability.
• It is to understand that school transport, like any other vehicle on the road, may get delayed sometimes due to traffic conditions, road conditions or some technical fault. The parents should understand these practical situations and they should be at their best in cooperating towards the same.
• The school transport is an optional facility, and it cannot be claimed as a matter of right by any student/parent. The school management reserves the right to withdraw the school transport facility from any student without assigning any reason whatsoever.
