(A) Admission Notice

The admission in class Pre-School (Nursery) for the session 2024-25 are open. Interested candidates may fill an online application form only from 23.11.2023 to 15.12.2023 at school website www.bbpsmv.com.

All the admissions will be made as per the directives issued by Directorate of Education, Delhi.

(B) Availability of Seats for Class Nursery in session (2024-25)

General Category (Open Seats) 110 Seats
Management Quota 40 Seats
E.W.S./ DG/ RPWD 50 Seats
Total Seats 200 seats

(C) Documents Required at the Time of Registration in Nursery (Entry Level) 2024-25

  • Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
  • Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-
    1. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/ Father having name of child).
    2. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
    3. Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.
    4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
    5. Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents. (Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)
  • Proof of Sibling (Latest Fees Receipt).
  • Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).
  • Attested Photocopy of Marksheet of Class X/XII in case of Alumni (wherever applicable).

Note - All original documents are required to be produced for verification at the time of admission.

(D) Admission Schedule Nursery (Entry Level) 2024-25

Commencement of Admission Process 23rd November , 2023 (Thursday)
Availability of Admission Application Form Online From 23rd November , 2023 (Thursday) To 15th December, 2023 (Friday)
Last Date of submission of Admission Application Form online 15th December, 2023 (Friday)
The date for displaying the first list of selected candidates under General Category (including waiting list) 12th January 2024 (Friday)
Resolution of Queries of Parents, if any regarding allotment of points to their ward in the first list 13th January 2024 To 22st January 2024
The date for displaying the second list for General Category (if any, including waiting list) 29th January 2024 (Monday)
Resolution of Queries of Parents, if any regarding allotment of points to their ward in the Second list 31st January 2024 To 06th February 2024
Closure of Admission Process 08th March 2024 (Friday)

(E) Criteria for Admission in Nursery (Entry Level) 2024-25

The admission to Open seats (General Category) shall be made only on the basis of fixed parameters and points as prescribed by Directorate of Education as under:

(F) Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Nursery (Entry Level) 2024-25

The admission to Entry level classes Nursery (General Category) are subject to availability of seats.

For Admission in Nursery The candidate must be above 03 years and less than 04 years as on 31st March 2024.

Note:- One month age relaxation in upper age (Interested Candidates) as per DOE Guidelines.
